On October 19th, during the investment promotion and talent attraction symposium between Jilin Province and Jiangsu Province, China Tianying, together with the People's Government of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, signed an investment cooperation framework agreement. The two parties reached a series of cooperative consensus on utilizing gravity energy storage for green reclamation of abandoned mines and developing integrated wind and hydrogen-ammonia storage projects. Building upon the rich practical experience and high-quality operation of existing waste incineration and urban sanitation projects in Liaoyuan, China Tianying and Liaoyuan City have established a solid foundation of cooperation and strategic mutual trust. With the support of the municipal party committee and government, both sides are fully exploring the potential for cooperation, expanding the scope of collaboration, and promoting common development.

China Tianying will leverage the abundant wind and solar resources in Liaoyuan to fully utilize the global leading advantages of gravity energy storage technology. Through a 330MW/660MWh gravity energy storage system, the project aims to achieve true green hydrogen and ammonia production. The gravity energy storage project will be constructed based on the natural elevation difference of the abandoned mines, using tailings and gangue as raw materials for producing gravity energy storage modules. By effectively combining renewable energy with green reclamation, it provides a new approach to promote the integration of green ecology and development, embodying the concept of pursuing both economic prosperity and environmental sustainability. During the event, Jilin Provincial Party Secretary Jing Junhai fully recognized and expressed high hopes for China Tianying's green reclamation of abandoned mines project and the development of integrated wind and hydrogen-ammonia storage projects.

Chairman Yan Shengjun stated that China Tianying will take this event as a new starting point to actively and rapidly advance project implementation. With the strong leadership of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, as well as the robust support from party and government leaders at all levels, China Tianying aims to develop this project into a national demonstration project. It will contribute to Jilin's efforts in building "Hydrogen-powered Jilin" and the "Northern China Hydrogen Valley," and play a valuable role in the high-quality development of Jilin's economy and society, thereby contributing the green power of Tianying to the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China!
