On May 12th, China Tianying Inc. won the bid for the Wangqing Project, a reform of the environmental sanitation industry and urban-rural environmental sanitation market operation project in Wangqing County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, China. The winning bid amount was 31.1688 million yuan per year. The project adopts a "3+3+2" service model, with a first service period of three years, and can be renewed twice for a total of eight years.

Wangqing County is located in the northeast of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, at the eastern foot of Changbai Mountain, with an area of 9,016 square kilometers, ranking as the second largest county in Jilin Province. The service location of the project covers the urban area of Wangqing County, 8 towns, 1 township and 200 villages under its jurisdiction, and includes road cleaning and sanitation, daily waste collection and transportation, operation of waste transfer stations, landfill operations, and leachate treatment and other environmental sanitation work.
